These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including Event Photography, Portrait Sessions, Commercial Photography, Photo Editing and Retouching, Visual Storytelling, and Print and Digital Media Production, whether accessed through our online platform, direct engagements, or any other means. By engaging with our services, you signify your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with our services.

1. Services Offered

ThistleFrame Studios provides photography and visual arts services which include, but are not limited to:

• Event Photography for various occasions.
• Personal and professional Portrait Sessions.
• Commercial Photography for businesses and brands.
• Professional Photo Editing and Retouching services.
• Visual Storytelling through photographic narratives.
• Production of Print and Digital Media.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings for services are subject to availability and confirmation by ThistleFrame Studios. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the balance due according to the agreed payment schedule for each service. Specific payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

• Full payment for certain services may be required in advance.
• Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or requests for rescheduling must be made in writing. The deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to ThistleFrame Studios' availability and may incur an administrative fee. Specific cancellation policies, including any applicable fees or forfeiture of payments, will be detailed in your individual service agreement.

4. Copyright and Usage Rights

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, ThistleFrame Studios retains the full copyright to all images and visual content produced. Clients are granted a license to use the images for their intended purpose as specified in the service agreement.

• Personal use licenses typically allow for non-commercial display and sharing.
• Commercial use licenses will specify the scope, duration, and platforms for image usage.
• Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our work is strictly prohibited.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, clear objectives, and necessary access for the successful execution of services. For on-location shoots, clients must ensure the safety and suitability of the chosen location.

6. Deliverables and Turnaround Times

Deliverables and estimated turnaround times will be communicated and agreed upon during the booking process or outlined in the service agreement. While ThistleFrame Studios strives to meet all deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, which will be communicated promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

ThistleFrame Studios will exercise reasonable care and skill in performing its services. However, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, equipment failure, or acts of third parties. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Information provided by clients will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not share your personal information with third parties unless required for service delivery or by law.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.

10. Amendments to Terms

ThistleFrame Studios reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our online platform, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
